HOW IT WORKS - THE STRIDEFORTH WAY
The aim of any coaching program is to guide an individual to overcome obstacles. The role of a pure coach is not to provide answers but to prompt a 'coachee' to find them themselves. Traditional coaching programs tend to follow a standardised framework with company developed tools. They tend to be ongoing/long-term and to address "today's obstacles".
StrideForth has developed a structure that is client-centred and outcome-based, rather than programme focused.

By positioning itself as external to employers, StrideForth is able to be fully objective, is accepted differently in its opinions and can connect with individuals and their personal situations confidentially.
Our initial sessions are based around a "Deep Dive" and an "ELI".
The Deep Dive is an opportunity to discover your career motivators and ultimate work/life goals. We then map out a blueprint for their development and magnify the next 2 years to create a detailed roadmap complete with "what if's". This is subsequently used a framework for their coaching.
The ELI (Energy Leadership Index) could be considered to be psychometric test, however it is more of a tool to understand and control how one reacts in certain situations and to read behaviour in others. This unique assessment is possibly the most powerful tool to acknowledge personal behaviour in a professional environment and is something that can (and is) used time and again on a daily basis.
StrideForth was founded in 2013 by Victoria Fellowes.
Victoria had seen too many coaches offering standardised packages that were designed to be sold and wanted to be able to independently offer what was most suited to individuals and businesses.
The approach at StrideForth is that everything is done on an individual by individual basis. There is a banquet of support available and clients enjoy a pick'n'mix approach that designs a highly individualised programme.
StrideForth has a team of experts available to meet specific expertise requirements, be that for industry, personality matching or to simply meet the requirement for more coaches because of large teams.
